- Experience leading engineering teams within SaaS product environments, including requiring Salesforce Development experience

- Take full ownership of the sales function, with a clear and realistic pathway toward Chief Revenue Officer
- Drive new logo acquisition and independently close Salesforce consulting deals across multiple industry verticals
- Partner closely with leadership and delivery teams to shape strategy, scoping, and long-term revenue growth
